湖南省碘缺乏病健康教育调查结果分析

A cross sectional study on the health education about iodine deficiency disorders in Hunan

为了解人群对碘缺乏病（ＩＤＤ）知识、行为、态度（ＫＡＰ）情况，对石门县和株洲县各社会目标人群进行了ＩＤＤ项目健康教育调查，结果显示：各目标人群之间的ＫＡＰ（主要是知识、态度）情况无显著性差异，表明采用电视宣传、讲课、村民回议等宣传手段的效果一致，提示应根据实际情况采用较好的交通、通讯和经济条件可提高ＩＤＤ的防治效果。

おn order to know the situation about the KAP of IDD, a survey about IDD health education to some folks was carried out in Zhuzhou and Shimen.The results showed that:the KAP among the folks had no significant difference,meaning the effect of propaganda by TV was the same as teaching,meeting and so on.So the propaganda should be used in accordance with specific conditions.There was on singificant difference between the KAP of Zhuzhou and Shimeng,meaning the controlling effect could be improved by the condition of good traffic or communication or economy,and the work in poverty areas could be also done well.
