摘要
目的:了解强运动负荷对进驻高原青年QTd各参数的影响,进而探讨强化训练时的心肌氧供和心功能状态;方法:选择海拔300m地区施工的男性青年战士64名,采用三导同步12导联心电图,在强运动负荷前后对比观测QTd、JTd、QTcd、JTcd与R波振幅、QRS间期等指标,判定其统计学意义;结果:①运动前QTd各参数与平原健康人比较即显著增大;②运动后QTd、QTcd、JTcd进一步增大,与运动前比较差异极显著(P<0.01);③运动后R波振幅、QRS间期、ST段呈阴性变化。结论:人在高原,心脏即处于乏氧状态,强运动负荷加剧了高原青年的心肌缺氧状态。
Objective:To study changes on QTd of youth exposed to 3 000m highland before and after strong exercises.Methods:64 healthy youth subjects,(male,age rang from 19 to 30 years old)were examined with QTd,JTd,QTcd,JTcd,R wave amplitude and QRS time in one month postaltitude using a 12 channal cardiogram set before-after strong exercises.Results:Level of all parameter in QTd increased markedly in altitude youth before exercise compared with sea level.QTd,QTcd and JTcd increased progressively after exercise at altitude,and there was a greatly difference between twice exercises(P<001).NO chenges in R amplitude,QRS time and ST segment after exercises.Conclusions:The heart function and its reserve capacity of healthy youth exposed to altitude for short time(one month,in this report) would develope not a greaty change although the increased heart load and altitude hypoxia.
