摘要
为了探讨铅对神经系统的毒作用机理,我们给大鼠腹腔注射铅后,利用电子自旋共振(ESR)波谱检测大鼠脑组织的氧自由基信号,并测定脑组织的脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)。结果表明,铅可引起大鼠脑组织的氧自由基的信号增高,并随着染毒剂量的增加而增高。脂质过氧化的产物(MDA)也随着染毒剂量的增加而升高,呈正剂量-反应关系。提示铅可通过引发脑的氧自由基生成增多,使脑生物膜发生脂质过氧化,引发神经毒性作用。
e find mechanisms of lead of nervous toxic effects.After abdominal injection,examine oxygen free radical signals by ESR and MDA level in brain.Result shows that oxygen free radical signals in brain increase as the doses increase and LPO levels in brain of rat increase.The dose effect relationship exists between the increase of LPO levels and the Pb doses.From above results,it seems that Pb may lead to increasing of free radical and then the LPO of membrane of brain so as to cause nervous toxic effects.
