摘要
救援人员的心理健康问题,由于该群体在灾难援助中工作任务和角色的独特性,是目前心理援助中较为忽视的问题之一。本文在分析心理健康促进系统MHPS的发展历程的基础上,提出了我国救援人员心理健康促进系统的基本框架、实施环节以及心理健康促进系统的实施建议。
As one of the special problems in the disaster, the psychological health of rescuers should be paid extra attention. Thus, this paper discusses how to solve this kind of psychological problems of rescuers in disaster by building mental health promotion system, MHPS. Based on the development of western researches on theoretical, practical origin and construct of mental health promotion system of rescuers, this paper proposes some important building frameworks, implemental emphasis, practical strategies and suggestions for China.
