摘要
本文以电视塔火灾应急管理为背景,提出了当前国内本行业所存在的不足。在分析电视塔不同于其它高层建筑的结构特点之后,从实际出发建立了电视塔消防应急管理综合评价指标体系。采用德尔菲法和层次分析法计算各评价目标和指标的权重,然后利用线形加权法计算各个被评价对象的评分,最后采用模糊聚类分析法对评价对象进行分类。算例验证了这种综合评价模型的实用价值。
This paper, based on the fire emergency management background of the TV tower, points out the current shortcomings in domestic TV tower area. It establishes an integrative evaluation system of TV Tower fire emergency management by analyzing the characteristics of TV tower, which is structurally different from other type of high-rise buildings. The Delphi and AHP methods are used to calculate the evaluation targets and index weight, then the linear weighted method is used to calculate all the scores, and finally the fuzzy clustering analysis is used to classify the object of evaluation. An example is given to prove the validity of the evaluation model.
