摘要
针对我国企业大量存在的政治活动,提出了一个企业政治战略形成的分析框架。我国企业政治战略的形成最初受政治环境、宏观经济环境和行业环境的影响,但这些外部的因素并不能决定企业是否参与政治,它们对企业政治决策的影响是通过高管人员的政治倾向、企业的结构、资源、政治经历以及规模等影响企业参与政治的意愿和能力来实现的。
Given the fact that plenty of political activities exist in Chinese firms, the paper develops an analysis framework of firm's political involvement, as mediated not only by environment factors but also by characteristics of firms themselves. The political strategies of firms are firstly influenced by the political, macroeconomic, and indus^al environments. But these factors can not determine whether firms participate in politics. Their influence is realized through political tendency of the managers, corporate structure, resources, political experience and the desire and ability of Chinese firms.
