摘要
防腐剂是多剂量水性介质鼻用制剂不可或缺的组成部分。近年来人们发现防腐剂可能会对呼吸道黏膜功能产生不良影响，体外实验几乎一致表明防腐剂如苯扎氯铵可产生局部不良反应，但体内结果差异较大，造成矛盾的原因与体内外环境差异及试验方法有关。尽管如此，防腐剂带来的不良影响已经引起人们的关注，努力寻求毒性更低的防腐剂或不含防腐剂的装置是鼻腔给药系统发展的方向之一。
