改良创伤评分(RTS)与创伤严重度评分(ISS)在创伤评估中的应用

The Application of Trauma Evaluation of RevisedTrauma Score(RTS) and Injury Severity Score(ISS)

应用改良创伤评分（ＲＴＳ）与创伤严重度评分（ＩＳＳ）对２２６０例伤员（ＡＩＳ≥３，院前时间≤２４ｈ）进行评分统计学分析。结果表明：（１）交通事故伤是创伤的首位原因。（２）ＲＴＳ及ＩＳＳ联合应用可客观地评估创伤严重度，后者尤为适用于多发伤及复合伤。（３）院前时间短的伤员，其生理指标具有双向转归的可能性。

おevised Trauman score (RTS) and Injury severity score (ISS) of 2260 cases of the injuried (AIS≥3,pro-hospital time≥24 hours)were analysed with statistics.Results were showed:1).Traffic accidental injury is first cause;2)combined application of RTS and ISS could evaluate injury severity objectively,and ISS was more suitable to multiple injuries and complicated trauma than RTS;3)It was possible that physiology sign of the injuried could change through two ways when pro-hospital time was short.
