摘要
该文报告了在电视内窥镜下进行的１２例神经外科手术，其中三叉神经微血管减压术７例，脊神经后根分流术７例，听神经瘤全切除并面神经保留２例，胆质瘤切除术１例，均获得较好效果。认为在电视内窥镜下进行神经外科手术可减少手术创伤及危险性。
In order to decrease operative damage and danger,television endoscopy was used for twelve neurosurgical operations.Seven cases of trigeminal microvascular decompression,two cases of shunt of dorsal root,two cases of acoustic neuroma removal and facial nerve preservation, and one case of cholesteatoma total excision were performed.All of the operations were successful.The results suggest that television endoscopy can be helpful in neurosurgical operations.
