脑弥漫性轴索损伤MRI诊断价值

The Value of MRI in Diffuse Axonal Injury

目的：探讨脑弥漫性轴索损伤（ＤＡＩ）的ＭＲＩ诊断价值。材料与方法：对２０例临床表现符合ＤＡＩ的病例ＭＲＩ表现特点进行分析。结果：ＭＲＩ表现为中线未见移位，多数病灶较小且为非出血性，脑干和胼胝体损伤灶多见于重度头部损伤病人，本病常伴有其他类型脑部损伤。结论：ＭＲＩ是ＤＡＩ首选影像学检查方法，结合临床。

Purpose:To investigate the value of MRI in diagnosis of diffuse axonal injury.Meterials and methods:MRI manifestations of 20 patiens with the DAI were analysed.Result:All patiens MR imaging showed midian lines were not displacement.Most lesions were small and non hemorrhagic.Brainstem and corpus collosum lesions were appeared in severe head injuries.Conclusion:MRI should be considered as the initial imaging modality of choice in diffuse axonal injury.Combined with clinical signs,MRI could diagnose the DAI accutely.
