Simple analysis of open pit mining equipment overhaul

分析了露天采矿设备的特点,指出了露天采矿设备的常见故障及一般处理方法,并从引进设备故障诊断系统、完善检修设施等方面提出了管理建议,以期对露天采矿设备维修工作的变革、降低维修成本、提高维修效率及设备的出动率和完好率起到借鉴意义。

By analysising the characteristics of the open pit mining equipment,this thesis points out the common faults and general approach to repair the pit mining equipment, and then give proposals from aspects of the import of equipment fault diagnosis system, improve maintenance facilities management, with a view to open pit mining equipment maintenance work and the change in the reduce maintenance costs, improve efficiency and maintenance of equipment deployed rate and the rate intact.
