皮带运输机作为连续运输货物的机械,在煤矿已应用多年,也是煤矿井下重要的采掘设备之一,由吊挂式发展到现在使用的座式皮带输送机,型号、规格不一,但安装使用、维护、保养及原理基本一致,没有太大区别,根据笔者在煤矿井下维修使用的多年实践,从使用维修者角度出发,谈一谈皮带输送机常见故障、发生的原因及维修处理方法。
