摘要
根据兴县矿区8#煤层赋存条件、生产条件以及矿井产量要求,通过煤岩体物理力学试验、相似矿井开采类比、矿压显现数值模拟研究和专家系统采煤方法评价分析,认为8#煤层埋藏浅、煤质较硬,采用大采高综合机械化开采方法是可行的;确定在实际生产过程中,选用支护阻力较大的大采高液压支架,并在实际生产过程中取得了良好的效果,有利于在兴县矿区进行推广应用,具有一定的现实意义。
According to the occurrence condition, the working condition as well as the mine pit output request in 8# coal bed in the Xingxian mining area, through the coal rock mass physics mechanical testing, the similar mine pit mining analogy, the mine pressure appearance value simulator study and the expert system mining coal method appraisal analysis, it was thought that the 8# coal bed buries, the anthrax shallowly is hard, uses greatly picks the high synthesis mechanization method of exploitation is feasible, determined in the actual production process, in a big way selects the supports and protections resistance to pick the high hydraulic pressure support greatly, and has obtained the good effect in the actual production process, is advantageous in carries on the promoted application in the Xingxian mining area, has certain practical significance.
