钻井参数监测系统中智能通信节点的设计与实现

摘要 针对钻井参数监测系统中现场总线和上层信息管理层互联存在的问题,以PHILIPS半导体公司的P87C591和Realtek公司的以太网控制器芯片RTL8019AS为核心,研制了一种实现CAN总线数据与Ethernet数据相互转换的智能通信节点。应用结果表明,该智能通信节点运行稳定可靠,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。 Because there are some problems of the connection between field-bus and upper managing control layer, based on the P87C591 chip made by PHILIPS company and the Ethemet controller RTL8019AS chip made by REALTEK company, designs a intelligent communication node which can realize the data exchange between the CAN field-bus interface and Ethernet interface. The application shows that this system runs stably and accurately. The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
