摘要
针对克劳士比4项质量原则,提出质量3个层次以及质量也是检验和管理出来的,零缺陷并不意味着AQL=0及质量也可以用指数来评价的思想观点。
On account of the Four Principles of Quality of Crosby, the viewpoint of the three levels of quality is proposed. It thinks that the forming process of quality is related to the activities of samplimg inspection and management and that the Zero Defect does not means AQL=0 as well as the process capability index can also be used to evaluate product quality.
