基于-R控制图的工程项目质量控制研究

石化项目建设是一个非常复杂的系统工程,而质量管理又是项目控制中的重要一环。石化项目涉及的专业较多,本文以管道焊接安装的质量控制为例,通过-R控制图对管道焊接质量数据分析,对管道施工的质量进行动态过程控制。

The petrol-chemical project construction is a rather complicated system engineering, while quality control is a very important link among the whole process of project control. Normally, different kinds of specialities are involved in the petrol-chemical projects, and this article is based as an example which stresses on the quality control of pipeline welding installation, through X-R control drawings, performing data analyzing of the pipeline welding quality, together with the dynamic process control of the pipeline construction quality.
