By studying the management information ontology and constructing the description framework and its predicate calculus set on management information ontology based on the ontological requirement, the cost can be further reduced, the cycle is shortened, the efficiency about the development of management information system without doubt is enhanced, and the management information system is maintained so easily that the life cycle of management information system will be lengthened for a long time.
