摘要
为满足整体油箱应急修理的要求,试验了胶层厚度和耐煤油性对单组分聚氨酯密封胶(可赛新1922)剪切强度的影响,进行了表干时间以及胶铆结合时铆接的最佳时机试验。在此基础上,进行了整体油箱模拟件的密封性试验,证明了该密封胶适合于整体油箱的应急修理。对深入展开整体油箱的应急修理工艺提供参考。
To meet the need of emergent repair of integral fuel tank, the effect of the adhesive thickness and the kerosene resistance on the shearing strength of one-component polyurethane sealant kesaixin-1922 was studied and the tests on surface drying time of the sealant and the optimal moment of riveting of bond-riveted joint were conducted.The tightness testing of integral fuel tank simulator was carried out, which proves that the sealant is effectual in the emergent repair of integral fuel tank, The results offer the reference for further studying the emergent repair of integral fuel tank.
