兔股动脉裂隙宽度与实际缺损长度的关系 被引量:8

Relationship between gap width and actual defect length in rabbit femoral artery

摘要 探讨兔股动脉裂隙宽度(GW)与实际缺损长度(ADL)二者的关系.方法:游离组:12只兔24条股动脉,随机平均分为3组,分别将股动脉游离15.0,25.0,35.0mm后锐性横断,测量表观游离长度(ApIL),游离长度增大值(IIL)及GW的变化,并计算伸长率λ,缺损组:9只兔18条股动脉.实际游离长度(AcIL)均为35.0mm,随机平均分为3组,分别切除生理状态下的长度ADL5.0,15.0,25.0mm.测量ApIL,IIL及GW的变化.结果:AcIL在35.0mm范围内,单纯横断股动脉,IIL及λ不受AcIL的影响(P>0.05),GW随AcIL的增长呈线性增长:△GW=△AcIL·(1-1/λ);AcIL一定时,ADL对IIL及ApIL无影响(P>0.05),GW随ADL的增大呈线性增长:△GW=△ADL·1/λ.结论:兔股动脉在AcIL35.0mm范围内,ADL,ApIL,AcIL,IIL,GW之间存在关系:ADL=AcIL-(AcIL+IIL-GW)·λ或ADL=(ApIL-IIL)-(ApIL-GW)·λ. Aim: To investigate the relation between gapwidth (GW) and actual defect length (ADL) in rabbitfemoral artery. Methods: Group A included 12 rabbits with24 involved femoral arteries, which were randomly dividedinto 3 subgroups and isolated a range of 15. 0, 25. 0 and35. 0 mm respectively from peri-vascular connective tissuesbefore they were transected at the middle portion of isolatedartery. The apparent isolated length (ApIL), increasedisolated length (IIL) and GW were measured, and thestretch ratio (λ) was accordingly calculated and obtained.Group B included 9 rabbits with 18 involved femoral arteries, which were randomly divided into 3 subgroups and isolated a range of 35. 0 mm (actual isolated length, AcIL) before a segment of 5. 0, 15. 0 and 25. 0 mm (ADL) was respectively transected at physiological tension. The ApIL,IIL and GW were measured. Results: AcIL had no bearingupon IIL and A (P>0. 05) under the condition of group Aand a linear relationship was found between GW and AcIL,e. g. △GW=△AcIL. (1-1/λ). ADL had no bearing uponIIL and ApIL (P>0. 05) under the condition of group B anda linear relationship was found between GW and ADL, e.g. △GW=△ADL·1/λ. Conclusion: There is a relationshipbetween ADL, ApIL, AcIL, IIL and GW under the condition of AcIL less than 35. 0 mm in rabbit femoral artery, e.g. ADL=AcIL-(AcIL+IIL-GW)·λ or ADL=(ApIL-IIL)-(ApIL-GW)·λ.
