摘要
涂覆技术是复合材料领域的研究热点,总结了现有的涂层制备技术,并在现有技术基础上提出了一种制备板-粉双层复合材料的新工艺——爆炸压涂。爆炸压涂利用炸药爆轰产生的高压驱动金属板高速撞击涂层粉末,使粉末在得到压实的同时牢固地附着在金属板表面形成涂层。详细阐述了爆炸压涂的原理及实施方法,分析了爆炸压涂技术在涂层制备方面的优缺点,最后论述与展望了爆炸压涂的研究方向及及应用前景。
Coating technology is a focus in composite materials research. The existing coating technology is summerized, and a new technology on the base of explosive working technology is put forward, that is to say, explosive compact-coating. Explosive compact-coating uses high pressure of explosion to drive metal plate to impact metal powders, meanwhile makes metal powders firmly adhere on surface of metal plate. For explosive compact-coating, the principle and implementation method are described in detail, and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and its research direction and application foreground are prospected.
