摘要
厨房和卫生间是住宅中功能最多、使用最频繁的空间,其设计合理与否对于住宅整体的居住舒适度有着至关重要的影响。根据业主(住户)、开发商的反馈意见,指出目前住宅厨卫空间设计存在的问题,并提出厨卫设计应注意的几个方面。
Kitchens and bathrooms are the space that has most functions and they are used most frequently. The whole residential comfort is influenced by the rationality of kitchens and bathrooms design.
