This paper analyzes the features and existing problems on Bayer processed red mud storage. Through experiments, a new method for mixed red mud storage is achieved, which has solved the difficulties in mere Bayer red mud storage. After put into production activities, successful results have been achieved on economy, environmental protection and society.
