Through anode changing sequence, refining operation management, improving process system, utilizing large quantity of high butts overstocked from pot stoppage, which has efficiently solved the problems for rod return during re-operation startup. As a result, this scientific program has not only ensured the stable operation of aluminum smelting pots for re-operation, but also fully utilized the high butts.
