Application of Automatic Feeding Process of Aluminium Fluoride on Longitudinal Pre-Baking Aluminum Smelting Pots

本文主要介绍了氟化铝自动添加装置的设计、安装及在120 kA预焙电解槽上的应用情况。实践证明,该技术的应用,可以减轻操作人员的劳动强度,降低氟化铝损失,有利于电解生产技术条件的稳定,可以在全系列推广使用。

This paper presents the design and installation of automatic aluminium fluoride feeding unit and its operation situation. It is proved by actual practice that labor intensity can be decreased and aluminium fluoride loss can also be reduced after this new feeding device is put into operation, which is in favor of stabilizing al-smelting process and worth promotion and application in the entire pot lines.
