摘要
本文介绍了某公司三套电解锌系统搅拌的改造情况,利用三种流型对搅拌进行了分析,提出了冶炼浸出桶内的搅拌应尽可能克服径向和切向流,加强轴向流的观点,比较了改造效果,对搅拌器的选用提出了相应的建议。
The author introduces the reformation of three systems' blenders in this paper. With the utilization of three types of flow pattern for analysis of the blenders, the paper puts forward a view point to overcome the radial and tangential flow and strengthen of axial flow in leaching process. At the same time, the effects of the blenders are compared. Finally the author proposes some corresponding recommendations for the choice of blenders.
