摘要
目的:在检验镍钛记忆合金内支架置入幽门区后的开通性、耐腐蚀性和区域组织的生物相容性。材料与方法:健康成犬6条,经腹置入镍钛记忆合金内支架于幽门区后,每隔2周行钡餐胃肠透视观察内支架开通情况,分别在2周,1、2、3、4、及6个月不同时间处死。采集标本行肉眼、光镜和电镜观察内支架区组织细胞形态学改变。结果:1、钡餐透视见内支架全部开通、无塌陷和变形;2、光镜见早期粘膜组织充血、水肿及坏死,并见溃疡形成,1~2个月粘膜组织开始修复,后期粘膜恢复正常;3、电镜见细胞结构由模糊、坏死至增生活跃与恢复正常的演变过程;4、肉眼及电镜观察内支架表面颜色无改变,镍钛支架丝无蚀坑。结论:该支架除具备形状记忆功能、超弹性、耐腐蚀、耐磨性能外,还有极佳的生物相容性,组织的异物反应轻微。中短期实验结果理想。
:Purpose:To investigate the patency,biocompatibility,anticausticity and change of histomnr phology of the domestic nitinol memorial endopyloric stent.Materiasls and Methods:Six nitinol memorial stents were implented into pylorus of six healthy canines.Barium meal fluoroscopic follow-up studies were perfomed every 2 weeks to determine the diameter of the stents.The canines were killed 2 weeks,1、2、3、4、and 6 months respectively after implantation.The speci- mens were observed grossly and under optical and electronic microscopes,Results:1.All stents were patent during the barium meal fluoroscopic study.None of the stents fell in or deformed:2.Microscopic observations showed that the mucus tissue undergone necrosis,congestion,edema and ulceration at the early:a little part of mucose granulation formed coverage on the stent at the 1st and 2nd months:normal tissue progressively developed at the 3-6 months;3.It was observed that the process under electronic microscopy showed that the structures of cell from dimoutline,necrosis,hyperplasia actively and graduolly returned to normal 4.The colour of the stents was blue through out the study.Scaning EM examination showed no erosion of the stents.Conclusion:Domestic nitinol memorial stent possesss of good patency anti-causticity and biocompatility.
