Philatelic culture functions implicitly in ideological and political education. Taking as an example the study website of the philatelic knowledge contest in memory of the 30th anniversary of ＂the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee＂, this essay aims to probe into the channels to carry out the website construction of specialized study on philatelic knowledge contest so as to enrich the contents of ideological and political lessons.
