“工学结合”模式下纺织类高职人才培养的实践与探索

The Practice & Grope for Textile Vocational College Talent Cultivation in the "Combing Work and Learning" Mode

当前纺织类高职人才与企业的要求还有一定的差距,因此对于人才的培养模式需要改进,"工学结合"的模式是一条有效的途径。本文以南通纺织职业技术学院纺织系与南通大生集团合作的"大生班"为例,对"工学结合"模式下纺织类高职人才培养问题予以分析和研究。

At present, it still has certain deficiency between the textile vocational colleges graduates and the requirements of the enterprises. So it is essential to improve the education mode, ＂combing work and learning＂ is an effective way. This paper sets the corporation between Nantong textile vocational technology college textile department and Nantong Dasheng Group （form a ＂Dasheng Class＂） as an example, analyzed and studied the problem of ＂combing work and learning＂ mode in textile vocational college education.
