摘要
由MINItrace回旋加速器通过核反应14N(p,α)11C生产11CO2,经甲烷循环碘化法和11CH3I全自动合成系统制备11CH3I。采用11C-MET全自动合成装置,11CH3I与前体的碱性溶液反应得到11C-MET注射液。合成时间为60min,放化产率大于10%,放化纯度大于99%。
^11CO2 was produced via nuclear reaction ^14N(p, α)^11C at MINItrace Cyclotron, then ^11CH3I was prepared with uncorrected radiochemical by the recycle iodination of.[^11C]methane at ^11CH3I MicroLab Process Module. ^11C-MET was synthesized from [^11C]methylation of ^11CH3I with precursor. The radiochemical yield of [^11C]methylation was more than 10% with the synthesis time about 60 rain and the radiochemical purity of ^11C-MET was above 99%.
