摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+磷酸溶液为流动相,使用以ZORBAX SB-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在246nm波长下对双草醚100g/L悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.9999;标准偏差为0.057;变异系数为0.57%;平均回收率为99.69%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of bispyribac-sodium 100g/L SC by HPLC with methanol and H3PO4 solution as mobile phase, ZORBAX SB-C18 column and DAD at 246nm wavelength was described. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the standard deviation was 0.057, the variation coefficient was 0.57%, the average recovery was 99.69%.
