摘要
目的：提高成人型先天性胆总管囊肿的诊治水平。方法：研究分析２２例成人型先天性胆总管囊肿诊治资料。结果与结论：Ｂ超是首选的影像学检查手段。必须强调成人型先天性胆总管囊肿的复杂性及早期诊断和治疗的必要性。治疗首选囊肿全切除。
Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment of adult's choledochal cyst.Method:Twenty-two adults who presented with choledochal cysts were studied and analysed.Result and Conclusions:Ultrasonography is the first imaging modility of choice in the evaluation of patients suspected to have choledochal cyst.It is important to emphasize the complexity of choledochal cyst in adult,cyst excision with Roux- en Y hepaticojejunostomy were recommendered.
