乳康酊对大鼠乳腺小叶增生模型形成的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究乳康酊对性激素诱发大鼠乳腺小叶增生的影响。方法:皮下注射雌二醇和黄体酮诱发大鼠乳腺小叶增生,与此同时,在乳房表面外敷乳康酊,每天1次,共30d。用药结束后检测血清雌、孕激素含量;显微观察乳腺组织病理变化和乳腺细胞性激素受体(雌激素受体、孕激素受体)。结果:乳房表面局部外敷乳康酊组大鼠血清雌激素含量和乳腺组织性激素受体阳性腺细胞百分数降低,显微病理见乳腺小叶增生病变减轻,与仅注射性激素的模型对照组比较,有显著性差异。结论:乳康酊能够抑制由皮下注射性激素诱发的大鼠乳腺小叶增生形成。 Objective: To study the effects of Rukangding tincture on rat model with experimental breast glands lobular hyperplasia induced by sex hormone. Methods: Rat was hypodermic injecting of sex hormone( estradiol or progesterone), look forward to induce experimental breast glands lobular hyperplasia, at the same time, Rukangding tincture were applicaton on breast surface skin once every day for 30 days. Serum content of estrogen, progestin was ex- amined, the breast gland tissue and sex hormone receptors (estrogen receptor and progestin receptor) in breast gland cell were observed with microscope following the end of injection and application. Results: Decrease in the serum content of estrogen and the percent of gland cell with sex hormone receptors were found in the group treated with sex hormone and Rukangding tincture, and less lobular hyperplasia pathological changes in the gland tissue were also observed in the same group, there are statistical discrepancy in this difference test results, compared with the model control group only injecting of sex hormone. Conclusion: Rukangding tincture can restrain rat come into being model with breast glands lobular hyperplasia induce by hypodermic injecting of sex hormone.
