This paper makes an initial discussion of Gandhi' s idea of Religious Harmony,considering its practice reflected both in his personal life and public life.Gandhi' s religious ideas were of great significance in that it integrated the political content and social content of National Democratic Movement of India.His idea provided a wide social foundation for the national movement of India and served as antidote for the religious conflicts in the world nowadays.
