摘要
作者用腹腔镜探查处理了３例ＬＣ术后的并发症。其中，出血、胆漏、胃后壁小穿孔各１例。腹腔镜探查处理是从原穿刺孔进行探查、清理和病灶处理。手术操作简单。术后病人反应轻、痛苦小、恢复快。故认为腹腔镜探查是处理ＬＣ术后并发症的一种好方法，它具有创伤小、效果确切、兼有诊断和治疗双重目的等优点，是ＬＣ并发症出现后病人、家属和医师乐于接受的处理方法。
Three cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) complications treated with laparoscopic exploration are discussed in this article.The laparoscopic exploration was processed from the first operative pores to examine and treat the abdominal focus,comprising of one case of bleeding,one bile leakage case and one perforation of the post-wall of the stomach.The results indicate that LC has many advantages,including easy operation by doctors,slight injury and quick recovery for the patients.Laparoscopic exploration for diagnosis and therapy is good method for treating LC complications and is advantageous for both doctors and patients.
