在线网规划编制时,应根据各条线路的特点及设计规范,确定车辆基地的设置原则和功能定位,初步确定车辆基地的用地面积及用地控制范围。车辆基地选址时应注意:在规划阶段应对车辆基地选址进行多方案比较,为后续工作预留好设计条件;应考虑车辆基地用地是否侵入风景名胜区用地,是否侵入饮用水水源保护地,是否位于河道的行洪蓄洪区内,是否占用农田,基地周围是否有重要设施等;应与相关部门及时沟通。

This paper lists some problems deserving notice in this phase, such as the characters of tracks, the design standards, the location and functions of the depot, etc. Also it is necessary to connect the interrelated departments in case of rail line＇s intruding into the important facility area, cultural heritage area, water protection area and arable lands, so as to ensure the feasibility of the planning and the selection of the depot site.
