摘要
蜜环菌(Armillaria mellea)是一种与传统中药天麻(Gastrodia elata Blume)共生的著名的药用真菌。在我国,天麻有广泛的治疗疾病的效果,但由于生产限制,不能完全满足临床用药的需要。试验用蜜环菌代替天麻,通过对蜜环菌液体深层发酵最适碳源、氮源的筛选,以及正交试验,确定了蜜环菌液体深层发酵的最适培养基配方为:马铃薯20%,葡萄糖1%,蔗糖1%,酵母浸粉2%,蚕蛹粉1%,磷酸二氢钾0.15%,硫酸镁0.075%,VB10.001%。经过此培养基的验证培养后,得到菌丝体的生物量平均为1.525g/100mL,菌体生长状态良好。
Armillaria mellea is a kind of famous medicinal fungus symbiotic with Chinese medicinal herb Gastrodia elata Blume. Tianma possess an extensive treatment function on many ailments. But it is suffered by nature and it is hard to satisfy the use of clinic. In this experiment, Tianma was replaced by Armillaria mellea, In order to screening the optimal culture media of Armillaria mellea, single factors tests in carbon and nitrogen source were carried out. The optimal culture media were screened out by analyzing the results of orthogonal experiment. Its compositions were as follows: potato 20%, glucose 1%, sucrose 1%, yeast extract 2%, silkworm powder 1%, MgSO4·H2O 0.075%, KH2PO4 0.15%, VB1 0.001%. And the average biology mass of mycelia was 1.525 g/100 mL.
