摘要
目的研究X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein,XIAP)与重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠的胰腺组织学特性之间的关系。方法将SD大鼠随机划分为假手术组(SO组)及SAP组,为了得到SAP大鼠模型,将浓度为50g/L的牛黄胆酸钠(0.1ml/100g)注入胰管中。在开始研究后的1、3、9h相继处死大鼠。用RT-PCR检测大鼠胰腺组织中XIAP的表达及胰腺组织学特性的变化。结果SAP组胰腺组织中XIAP在各个时间点表达均明显高于SO组(P<0.01),组织学分析表明SAP组胰腺损伤比SO组更严重(P<0.01)。结论XIAP通过破坏"坏死与凋亡"的平衡促进SAP大鼠胰腺的病理损伤。
Objective To explore the relationship between X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein (XIAP) and histological characters of pancreas in rats with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into SO group and SAP group. To induce SAP in rats, 50g/ L sodium taurocholate (0.1mL/100g) was injected to pancreatic duct. Rats were sacrificed 1, 3 or 9 h after beginning the study. XIAP in pancreatic tissue was measured by RT-PCR. The histological changes in pancreas were examined. Results XIAP in pancreatic tissue was significantly higher in SAP group than that in SO group at each time point (P〈0.01). The histological analysis of pancreas indicated that the damage in SAP group was more serious than that in SO group (P〈0.01). Conclusion XIAP could break the balance of"necrosis and apoptosis" and subsequently promote the pathologic damage of pancreas in rats with SAP.
