胃癌骨髓转移30例临床分析

目的探讨胃癌骨髓转移的临床特征和骨髓细胞学特征,提高对疾病的认识。方法回顾分析30例胃癌骨髓转移患者的临床表现、血常规和骨髓特点。结果30例胃癌骨髓转移中临床表现以骨痛、贫血、出血、发热多见,骨髓涂片尾部或者边缘可见转移癌细胞,细胞大、核大、深染、核仁明显。结论胃癌出现骨髓转移后,疾病进展快,中位生存时间短,治疗反应差,治疗以化疗和对症支持治疗为主。

Objective To investigate the clinical character of bone metastasis from gastric cancer and the cellular character of marrow. So to increase our acknowledge of disease. Methods Reviewed the clinical manifestation, blood routine examination results and the medullary features of 30 patients with bone metastasis from gastric cancer. Results the mainly clinical manifestations were bone pain, anemia, blooding and fever; there were metastatic cells located in the rear and peripheral parts of the glass sheet. The cells were big and so their cores, dense dyeing of the core,which made it distinct. Conclusion After developed into bone metastasis,gastric cancer will make quick progress, medial survival time will shorten and there will pool reaction of the therapy. Chemotherapy and corresponding therapy are the mainly methods in this condition.
