口腔颌面外科手术患者下呼吸道感染调查分析

目的对口腔颌面外科手术患者下呼吸道感染进行调查分析。方法对我院1997年9月～2007年9月期间口腔颌面外科手术患者下呼吸道感染的资料进行回顾性分析。结果增强医院感染监控意识,及时控制原发疾病,缩短住院时间,从而降低并发率。结论重视术前健康教育及术后的护理、做好呼吸道管理、采取针对幼儿和老年患者的控制对策,是降低下呼吸道感染的有效措施。

Objective Analyzed the respiratory tract infects of the oral cavity jaw surface surgical operation patients. Methods The respiratory tract infects patients which were under the period oral cavity jaw surface surgical operation from September, 1997 to September, 2007 of our courtyard were reviewed. Results Strengthen the hospital infection monitoring consciousness and prompt the control of primary disease could reduce the time in hospital, thus reduce the coincidence.
