双唑泰栓联合乳酸杆菌治疗非特异性阴道炎的疗效比较

目的比较联合乳酸杆菌治疗非特异性阴道炎的疗效。方法选择门诊20～50岁妇女,排除内外科精神疾病及妊娠哺乳者。分组比较采用双唑泰栓联合乳酸杆菌治疗与单用双唑泰栓治疗非特异性阴道炎的疗效。结果试验组用药后治愈率有效率好转率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳酸杆菌活菌制剂阴道用药联合抗生素治疗非特异性阴道炎,较单用抗生素的疗效高。

Objective to compare the curative effect of combination with or without Bacillus acidi lactici to treat non-specific vaginitis.Methods 200 outpatients who were sufferring from non-specific vaginitis were divided into 2 groups.： experimental group was given combination of Bacillus acidi lactici and antibacterial drug and control group was given antibacterial drug only. We comared the therapeutic effect of non-specific vagim＇tis of this two group.Results the effect of treatment （curative rate, effective rate and improvement rate） of experimental group were better than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The curative effect of combination of Bacillus acidi lactici and antibacterial drug to treat non-specific vaginitis is better than ntibacteriai drug only.
