一起引发食物中毒病原菌的分离鉴定

摘要 目的对引起食物中毒的副溶血弧菌进行分离鉴定。方法按照国标GB4789和有关规范对引起食物中毒的海鲜食品和临床病人进行检测。结果从22份临床病人肛拭子标本均分离出血清型为O3:K6的副溶血弧菌,而从其食用的海鲜食品中未分离到副溶血弧菌。结论副溶血弧菌引起食物中毒具有较强的致病性,从病人体内分离出副溶血弧菌,但在所食用剩余食品中未能检出,也许副溶血弧菌在冷冻的海鲜食品中进入了"活的非可培养"状态而难以分离检测出来。 Objective To research the method of isolating and identifying Vibrio parahaemolyticus causing the food poisoning. Methods According to the country GB4789 and relevant norms,we carried on the examination towards the samples of the seafood and clinical patients. Results The serum type O3:K6 ofV. parahaemolyticus was separated from the clinical patients,but did not find ones from the seafood the patient ate. Conclusion V. parahaemolyticus is very pathogenic. V. parahaemolyticus was detected from patients but not from the surplus seafood. Perhaps V. parahaemolyticus is in VBNC,Viable but non-culturable state, in frozen seafood, so it is hard to detect.
