摘要
本文从目前国内外保险业面临的复杂背景出发,在深度分析保险企业所面临的风险和其企业目标的基础上,从风险管理的组织、风险管理的步骤和策略以及全面风险管理的框架等三个层面出发,研究了保险企业风险管理的解决方案,并且提出了相应的看法。
This paper analyses the situation and the risk that the Insurance institution faces. And on the base of this, we investigate the blue print to solve the risk of Insurance Institution facing from three facets. The three facets are the organizing of risk management, the step of risk management and the strategy of risk management. From these we gained some special conclusion.
