摘要
采用多刚体动力学软件SIMPACK建立了2B0轴式HXD1型大功率交流传动电力机车动力学模型。通过对不同速度下该机车的各减振器故障态的动力学性能的分析,得到其在不同线路不平顺下对应的最高运行速度。结果表明HXD1型大功率交流传动电力机车减振器,尤其是端部二系横向减振器对动力学性能影响显著,应当尽可能保证减振器工作正常。
This paper establishes a model of type HXD1 high-power AC electric locomotive of four axles (i.e. 2B0) by SIMPACK software. According to the analysis of the dynamic performance of every damper under fault condition with various speeds, we can gain the highest speed in different railway track irregularity. It is showed that the dampers of the locomotive, especially for secondary lateral dampers on end frame girder, have a great effect on its dynamics performance, so it should be ensured that all of the dampers are in normal working states when locomotive runs on railway.
