摘要
分析了JISE4207标准规定的转向架焊接构架在运营中所承受的载荷,基于其疲劳强度分析方法,完成了地铁车辆转向架焊接构架疲劳强度评估。分析结果表明,构架能够满足车辆运行要求。与其他相关标准的对比表明,JIS标准对构架载荷的规定更为完善。建议可将其与相关标准结合,评估构架的疲劳强度。
The loads endured by bogie welded frame during service has been analyzed, which prescript in JIS E 4207 standard. Based on its analysis method, the assessment of fatigue strength of metro vehicle bogie welded frame has been finished. The results show that the frame can satisfy the demand of vehicle running. The loads prescript in JIS standard is more particular when compared with other related standarts. It is suggested that JIS standard can be used for frame fatigue strength assessment combined with other interrelated standards.
