摘要
运用虚拟样机技术,编制轨道机车车辆用橡胶产品的疲劳试验载荷谱。通过动力学模型得到产品的随机载荷,对结果进行雨流计数,得到载荷均值和幅值频次分布曲线。对曲线分级处理,最后得到载荷谱块。
With prototype technology, the fatigue load spectrum of rubber product for railway vehicle has been compiled. The random load of bushing can be calculated using the dynamic model of vehicle and counted in Rain flow way. The result of counting is distributing of mean and range of load. Grading the result, load spectrum can be established.
