摘要 建立了直接进样离子色谱电导检测法测定盐酸头孢吡肟中的N-甲基吡咯烷。选用高容量阳离子交换柱,进样量25μl,流动相为9mmol/L硝酸(含15%乙腈),流速0.9ml/min,35min内洗脱所有成分。N-甲基吡咯烷在0.9~25μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),检出限为0.095μg/ml,回收率为95.3%。 An ion chromatography with conductivity detector by direct inlet was established for the determination of N-methylpyrrolidine in cefepime dihydrochloride. A high capacity cation exchange column was used, with the mobile phase of 9 mmol/L HNO3 (containing 15 % acetonitrile). The flow rate was 0.9 ml/min, the components were eluted in 35 min. The calibration curve of N-methylpyrrolidine was linear in the concentration range of 0.9 - 25 μg/ml (r=0.999 7). The detection limit was 0.095 μg/ml. The average recovery was 95.3 %.
