甲基取代主链含酰亚胺-砜基的聚芳醚酮酮树脂的合成与表征 被引量:2

Synthesis and Characterization of Poly(Aryl Ether Ketone Ketone) with Imide-Sulfone Moiety and Pendent Methyl Groups

摘要 以N,N-′(4,4′-二苯砜)二偏苯三甲酰亚胺酰氯为单体,分别与4,4′-二(2-甲基苯氧基)三苯二酮(o-M e-DPOTPDK)、4,4′-二(2,6-二甲基苯氧基)三苯二酮(o-M e2-DPOTPDK)采用低温溶液亲电缩聚合成了两种主链含酰亚胺砜基甲基取代的聚芳醚酮酮树脂,聚合物的对数比浓粘度为6.6和7.5 mL.g-1.用FT-IR、1H NMR对其化学结构进行了表征,DSC、TGA、WAXD研究了其热转变和形态.研究表明:共聚物有较高的玻璃化转变温度(Tg:250,278℃)和热分解温度(5%Td:425℃),常温下能溶于N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、氯仿和间甲酚等有机溶剂中,可采用溶剂法加工成型. Poly( aryl ether ether ketone)s (PEEK) with imide-sulfone moiety and pendent methyl groups with inherent viscosities of 6.6 mL/g and 7.5 mL/g were synthesized from N, N'- (4,4'-diphenyl -sulfone) bistrimelletimide diacid chloride (DCDI-S) ,4,4'-bi (2-methyl-phenoyl) triphenyldiketone (o-Me-DPOTPDK) and 4,4'-bi(2,6- methyl-phenoyl) triphenyldiketone ( o-Me2-DPOTPDK) in 1,2-dichloroethane in the presence of AlCl3 and N, N- dimethylacetamide(DMAc) by low temperature solution polycondensation, respectively. The copolymers were characterized by FT-IR, ^1H NMR, DSC, TGA and WAXD. The results showed that the copolymers are amorphous, exhibited the glass transition temperature were 251 ℃ and 278 ℃ respectively. The onset temperature taken at 5% weight loss of the polymers in nitrogen atmosphere was all over 425 ℃ which revealed that the poly( aryl ether ether ketone) containing imide-sulfone unite belong to a superior class of heat resistant polymers. The copolymers can soluble in strongly polar organic aprotogenic solvents such as DMAc, N-methyl-pyrrolidone (NMP), cresol and chloroform at room temperature.
