摘要
在酸性介质中,左羟丙哌嗪在高锰酸钾一甲醛体系中产生化学发光,而乙二胺四乙酸的存在可显著增强其发光强度,据此建赢了一种简单、快速测定左羟丙哌嗪的化学发光新方法.在实验的优化条件下,化学发光强度与左羟丙哌嗪的浓度在1.0×10^-8~5.0×10^-6g/mL范围内呈现出良好的线性关系.其检测限(3盯)为3.75×10^-9g/mL,对8.0×10^-7g/mL的左羟丙哌嗪溶液进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为3.03%.将本法应用于合成样品中左羟内哌嗪的测定,结果满意.
A flow injection chemiluminescence method for levodropropizine determination, which is based on the enhancement effect of the chemiluminescence produced from the acidic potassium permanganate-formaldehyde-ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid system, is described in this paper. Under optimized conditions, the enhanced CL intensity on the levodropropizine concentration is linear in the range 1 ×10^-8 - 5 ×10^-6 g/mL with a detection limit (3σ) of 3.75×10^-9 g/mL. Relative standard deviation (RSD) is 3.03 % ( n = 11 ) for 8×10^-7 g/mL levodropropizine. The proposed method has been successfully applied for levodropropizine determination in synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
