摘要
补体C1q TNF相关蛋白1(complement-C1q TNF-related protein 1,CTRP1)属于CTRP超家族成员之一,能在多种组织细胞表达,包含一个N-末端的信号肽,一个短的可变结构域,一个胶原结构域和一个C-末端的球形结构域,从而在调节物质代谢、炎症免疫、阻止血小板聚集和抗血栓等方面发挥着重要的生物学功能.对CTRP1的分子结构,细胞组织分布及其生物学功能进行了概述.
Complement-Clq TNF-related protein 1 (CTRP1) ,a member of the Clq TNF-related protein superfamily, is widely expressed by many different tissues and cells, and consists of an N-terminal signal peptide sequence followed by a variable region, a collagen repeat domain and a C-terminal globular domain. CTRP1 may play an important role in regulating metabolism ,inflammation immunity,blocking platelet aggregation and antithrombotic. This article reviews the advances in molecular character,tissue distribution, and biological functions of the CTRP1.
