摘要 设计了一种电动汽车用开关磁阻电机的驱动系统,论述了基于M57962L的IGBT驱动电路和电动汽车控制系统用开关电源的设计。实验结果表明,所设计的IGBT驱动电路驱动信号波形理想,可快速有效地开通关断IGBT;系统供电电源输出电压纹波小,工作稳定。 This paper presents a design of the Switched reluctance motor driving system applied to the electric vehicle. In the article elaborated the design of the driving circuit for the IGBT based on the M57962L and the switched power for the electric vehicle control system. According to the experiment, the driving system has high performance and IGBT can be switched effectively. Besides, the output voltage of the switched power has high stability and low ripple.
